FAQ
The dry season from February to July is the best time as animals concentrate around waterholes, making sightings more frequent. Early morning and late afternoon safaris offer the highest chances of spotting leopards.
Whale sightings are not guaranteed as these are wild animals in the open ocean. However, Mirissa has one of the highest success rates in the world, with blue whales spotted on over 90% of excursions from November to April.
Wear neutral, muted colors (khaki, beige, olive green). Avoid bright whites or neon colors that may disturb wildlife. Carry a light jacket for cool mornings, and always apply sunscreen and insect repellent.
